In all the halleluiah psalms, I hear the closing schwa on the first syllable fully pronounced. So this practice can be followed if singing in Hebrew. There is no specification of rhythm apart from keeping all syllables (as in English plainsong). 

Nine of the 11 revia-mugrash are on the A, the other two in the middle are on the f#. In this final set of praises, the singers frequently chant on the mid-verse resting recitation pitch. The five final psalms are linked by their opening first notes.

1 ♪f Hallelu Yah. Praise Yahweh from the heavens. Praise him on the high ground. (~1-4-1)

6 And he makes them stand now and forever. He gave a decree and it will not pass away. (1-4-1)

7 Praise Yahweh from the earth, dragons and all abysses. (1-4-1)

8 ♪B Fire and hail snow and vapour, tempestuous wind doing its thing. (B-1-4-1)

9 Mountains and all hillocks, fruit tree and all cedars. (1-4-1)

10 The animal and all cattle, creeping organism and winged bird. (1-4-1)

11 Sovereigns of earth and all tribes, nobility and all who judge on earth. (1-4-1)
יא מלכי־א֭רץ וכל־לאמ֑ים ש֝ר֗ים וכל־ש֥פטי אֽרץ	8 8		ia mlci-arx vcl-laumim wrim vcl-wopTi arx
12 Youths in their prime and even maidens, the aged with youngsters. (1-4-1)
יב בחור֥ים וגם־בתול֑ות ז֝קנ֗ים עם־נערֽים	8 7		ib bkurim vgm-btulot zqnim ym-nyrim
13 Let them praise the name of Yahweh, for set on high is his name, his alone, his splendour over earth and heaven. (1-4-1)
יג יהלל֤ו את־ש֬ם יהו֗ה כֽי־נשג֣ב שמ֣ו לבד֑ו ה֝וד֗ו על־א֥רץ ושמֽים	15 9		ig ihllu at-wm ihvh ci-nwgb wmo lbdo hodo yl-arx vwmiim
14 And he will exalt the horn of his people, a praise of all those under his mercy, of the children of Israel, a people near him. Hallelu Yah. (1-1)
