2 Rescue me Yahweh from human evil, from violent persons preserve me, (1-4-1)
ב חלצ֣ני י֭הוה מאד֣ם ר֑ע מא֖יש חמס֣ים תנצרֽני	9 9		b klxni ihvh madm ry maiw kmsim tnxrni
3 who plot evils by heart. Every day they are amassed for battle. (1-4-1)
ג אש֤ר חשב֣ו רע֣ות בל֑ב כל־י֝֗ום יג֥ורו מלחמֽות	8 8		g awr kwbu ryot blb cl-iom iguru mlkmot
4 They have sharpened their tongues like a snake, heat of a viper, under their lips. Selah. (1-2-4-1)

5 Keep me, Yahweh, from hands of wickedness, from violent persons preserve me, who plot to trip my footfall. (1-4-1)

6 Proud, they bury a snare for me, and pledges they have spread, a handy net from a trench. Traps they set for me. Selah. (1-4-1)

7 I said to Yahweh, you are my God. Give ear Yahweh, to the voice of my supplication. (1-4-1)
ז אמ֣רתי ל֭יהוה א֣לי א֑תה האז֥ינה י֝הו֗ה ק֣ול תחנונֽי	9 11		z amrti lihvh ali ath hazinh ihvh qol tknunii
8 Yahweh, the Lord of the strength of my salvation, you overshadowed my head in the day of assault. (1-4-1)
ח יהו֣ה א֭דני ע֣ז ישועת֑י סכ֥תה ל֝ראש֗י בי֣ום נֽשק	11 10		k ihvh adonii yoz iwuyti scot lrawi biom nwq
9 Do not grant, Yahweh, the desires of wickedness. Its schemes do not furnish. Let them exalt themselves. Selah. (1-4-1)
ט אל־תת֣ן י֭הוה מאוי֣י רש֑ע זממ֥ו אל־ת֝פ֗ק יר֥ומו סֽלה	11 11		T al-titn ihvh mavvii rwy zmmo al-tpq irumu slh
10 ♪f The head of those around me, the toil of their lips, let it cover them. (~1-4-1)

11 Let burning coals dislodge on them. Into the fire let them fall. Into watery pits, so they will not arise. (1-2-4-1)
יא ימ֥וטו עליה֗ם גח֫ל֥ים בא֥ש יפל֑ם ב֝מהמר֗ות בֽל־יקֽומו	9 5 9		ia iimoTu ylihm gklim baw ipilm bmhmorot bl-iqumu
12 ♪f A slanderer will not be established in the earth. A violent person, evil, will hound unrelentingly. (~1-2-4-1)
יב א֥יש לשון֮ בל־יכ֪ון ב֫א֥רץ איש־חמ֥ס ר֑ע י֝צוד֗נו למדחפֽת	9 4 8		ib aiw lwon bl-iicon barx aiw-kms ry ixudnu lmdkpot
13 I know because Yahweh will deal with the case of the poor, the judgment of the needy. (1-4-1)
יג יד֗עתי כֽי־יעש֣ה י֭הוה ד֣ין ענ֑י מ֝שפ֗ט אבינֽים	11 5		ig idyti ci-iywh ihvh din yni mwpT abionim
14 ♪B Surely the righteous will give thanks to your name, The upright will sit in your presence. (B-1-4-1)
