ה֧וֹי חֹֽשְׁבֵי־אָ֛וֶן וּפֹ֥עֲלֵי רָ֖ע עַל־מִשְׁכְּבוֹתָ֑ם בְּא֤וֹר הַבֹּ֙קֶר֙ יַעֲשׂ֔וּהָ כִּ֥י יֶשׁ־לְאֵ֖ל יָדָֽם | 1 | c | Ho, you who devise mischief and work evil on where they lie down. In the light of the morning they do it, for it is in the god of their hand. | 3c | 4C | 15 15 |
וְחָמְד֤וּ שָׂדוֹת֙ וְגָזָ֔לוּ וּבָתִּ֖ים וְנָשָׂ֑אוּ וְעָֽשְׁקוּ֙ גֶּ֣בֶר וּבֵית֔וֹ וְאִ֖ישׁ וְנַחֲלָתֽוֹ פ | 2 | And they covet fields and ravage them, and houses and take them away. And they oppress a valiant one and his household, and a man and his inheritance. | 3e | 4C | 16 16
לָכֵ֗ן כֹּ֚ה אָמַ֣ר יְהוָ֔ה הִנְנִ֥י חֹשֵׁ֛ב עַל־הַמִּשְׁפָּחָ֥ה הַזֹּ֖את רָעָ֑ה אֲ֠שֶׁר לֹֽא־תָמִ֨ישׁוּ מִשָּׁ֜ם צַוְּארֹֽתֵיכֶ֗ם וְלֹ֤א תֵֽלְכוּ֙ רוֹמָ֔ה כִּ֛י עֵ֥ת רָעָ֖ה הִֽיא | 3 | Therefore thus says Yahweh, Note me well devising against this family an evil, from which you will not extricate your necks, but you will not go exalted, for a time of evil it is. | 3d | 4C | 20 23
בַּיּ֨וֹם הַה֜וּא יִשָּׂ֧א עֲלֵיכֶ֣ם מָשָׁ֗ל וְנָהָ֨ה נְהִ֤י נִֽהְיָה֙ אָמַר֙ שָׁד֣וֹד נְשַׁדֻּ֔נוּ חֵ֥לֶק עַמִּ֖י יָמִ֑יר אֵ֚יךְ יָמִ֣ישׁ לִ֔י לְשׁוֹבֵ֥ב שָׂדֵ֖ינוּ יְחַלֵּֽק | 4 | ~ | In that day they will take up over you a parable, and moan a plaintive moan, saying, Devastated! We are devastated. The share of my people he has exchanged. How he has extricated what is mine to a turncoat! Our fields he has divided. | 3c | 4C | 32 13 |
לָכֵן֙ לֹֽא־יִֽהְיֶ֣ה לְךָ֔ מַשְׁלִ֥יךְ חֶ֖בֶל בְּגוֹרָ֑ל בִּקְהַ֖ל יְהוָֽה | 5 | Therefore it is not for you to cast down a pledge by lot, in the congregation of Yahweh. | 3e | 4B | 14 4
אַל־תַּטִּ֖פוּ יַטִּיפ֑וּן לֹֽא־יַטִּ֣פוּ לָאֵ֔לֶּה לֹ֥א יִסַּ֖ג כְּלִמּֽוֹת | 6 | Do not stutter, stutterers. You will not stutter for these. He will not relocate humiliation. | 3e | 4B | 7 12
הֶאָמ֣וּר בֵּֽית־יַעֲקֹ֗ב הֲקָצַר֙ ר֣וּחַ יְהוָ֔ה אִם־אֵ֖לֶּה מַעֲלָלָ֑יו הֲל֤וֹא דְבָרַ֨י יֵיטִ֔יבוּ עִ֖ם הַיָּשָׁ֥ר הוֹלֵֽךְ | 7 | Can one be saying so of the house of Jacob? Is the spirit of Yahweh reaping? As if these were his wantonness? Do my words not do good with the one who walks upright? | 3e | 4C | 21 14
וְאֶתְמ֗וּל עַמִּי֙ לְאוֹיֵ֣ב יְקוֹמֵ֔ם מִמּ֣וּל שַׂלְמָ֔ה אֶ֖דֶר תַּפְשִׁט֑וּן מֵעֹבְרִ֣ים בֶּ֔טַח שׁוּבֵ֖י מִלְחָמָֽה | 8 | But recently my people as enemy have arisen, the cutting edge, you pillage the stole of excellence, from those passing by in trust, the ones turning away from war. | 3e | 4B | 20 10
נְשֵׁ֤י עַמִּי֙ תְּגָ֣רְשׁ֔וּן מִבֵּ֖ית תַּֽעֲנֻגֶ֑יהָ מֵעַל֙ עֹֽלָלֶ֔יהָ תִּקְח֥וּ הֲדָרִ֖י לְעוֹלָֽם | 9 | My wife, my people, you have expelled from her exquisite house. From her progeny, you have taken my honour forever. | 3e | 4C | 14 14
ק֣וּמוּ וּלְכ֔וּ כִּ֥י לֹא־זֹ֖את הַמְּנוּחָ֑ה בַּעֲב֥וּר טָמְאָ֛ה תְּחַבֵּ֖ל וְחֶ֥בֶל נִמְרָֽץ | 10 | B | Arise and go, for this is not the rest, such that it is unclean. It will inflict pain, and inflict stilted pain. | 3d | 4B | 10 13 |

I will gather you all, Jacob. Collect? I will collect the residue of Israel. As one, I will set them out like a flock of In-Trouble, like a troop in the midst of its matter, a highly valued humanity. | 3e | 4C | 31 15
They have breached and they have passed through the gate and they are brought out in it. And their king will pass through facing them, and Yahweh at their head. | 3e | 4C | 21 15 |

Micah 2
Some chapters are very difficult to make sense of. The stutterers are traditionally translated as prophets. The music begins on a low c perhaps indicating a thought continuing from the prior chapter.
