Notes that begin a verse

The music of Amos 8 begins on the note one up from the tonic. This is somewhat rare for a verse (353, 73 of these in the 3 books).

Here are the counts of verses, for beginning reciting note (default is e). Note that we never begin on an A, the rest note.
