Three different words are used for sack in the KJV, כלי, שק, מתח. It is odd to find such oversimplification so close together. JB distinguishes sack, pannier and corn-sack. I have already used pannier twice, once qualified with woven and once on its own. There are four different stems for containers used in this chapter: כלי vessel (181) inner pouch(5), מתח satchel (2), שׂק sack (4), צרר bag (3) bags (1).
Verse 34, I have no verb that will do well for סחר. As noun, I have used wares, vendors. The sense is of both buying and selling. They came to buy, Joseph invites them to sell also. Obviously trade works but I have already used trade and business elsewhere for different stems. Traffic KJV is attractive but today it has the sense of illegal trade. And this is not a verb with a direct object. So I have chosen a composite buy and sell.
