Indication of antiphonal singing in verse 24. Verse 25 - אסף could map to ספף the words are probably related. This pairing of 2 letters has many possibilities, needs a 'sounds like' phonetic search for pattern matching.

וּבַחֲנֻכַּ֞ת חוֹמַ֣ת יְרוּשָׁלִַ֗ם בִּקְשׁ֤וּ אֶת־הַלְוִיִּם֙ מִכָּל־מְק֣וֹמֹתָ֔ם לַהֲבִיאָ֖ם לִֽירוּשָׁלִָ֑ם לַעֲשֹׂ֨ת חֲנֻכָּ֤ה וְשִׂמְחָה֙ וּבְתוֹד֣וֹת וּבְשִׁ֔יר מְצִלְתַּ֖יִם נְבָלִ֥ים וּבְכִנֹּרֽוֹת	27		And at the dedication of the rampart of Jerusalem, they sought the Levites from all their places, to bring them to Jerusalem, to do the dedication, and with gladness, and with thanksgiving, and with song, cymbals, lutes, and harps.	3e	4C	31 24
וַיֵּאָ֣סְפ֔וּ בְּנֵ֖י הַמְשֹׁרְרִ֑ים וּמִן־הַכִּכָּר֙ סְבִיב֣וֹת יְרוּשָׁלִַ֔ם וּמִן־חַצְרֵ֖י נְטֹפָתִֽי	28		And the children of the singers gathered, both from the basin round about Jerusalem, and from the villages of the Netophatites,	3e	4B	9 20
וּמִבֵּית֙ הַגִּלְגָּ֔ל וּמִשְּׂד֥וֹת גֶּ֖בַע וְעַזְמָ֑וֶת כִּ֣י חֲצֵרִ֗ים בָּנ֤וּ לָהֶם֙ הַמְשֹׁ֣רֲרִ֔ים סְבִיב֖וֹת יְרוּשָׁלִָֽם	29		And from the house of the Gilgal, and from the fields of Geba and Azmaveth, for the singers had built for themselves villages round Jerusalem.	3e	4C	15 19
וַיִּֽטַּהֲר֔וּ הַכֹּהֲנִ֖ים וְהַלְוִיִּ֑ם וַֽיְטַהֲרוּ֙ אֶת־הָעָ֔ם וְאֶת־הַשְּׁעָרִ֖ים וְאֶֽת־הַחוֹמָֽה	30		And the priests cleansed themselves and the Levites, and they cleansed the people, and the gates, and the wall.	3e	4A	13 17
וָאַעֲלֶה֙ אֶת־שָׂרֵ֣י יְהוּדָ֔ה מֵעַ֖ל לַחוֹמָ֑ה וָאַעֲמִ֡ידָה שְׁתֵּ֣י תוֹדֹת֩ גְּדוֹלֹ֨ת וְתַהֲלֻכֹ֤ת לַיָּמִין֙ מֵעַ֣ל לַחוֹמָ֔ה לְשַׁ֖עַר הָאַשְׁפֹּֽת	31		And I brought up the nobility of Judah over the wall, and I installed two great thanksgivings, and one went on the right hand from above the wall to the gate of the garbage dump,	3e	4C	15 31
וַיֵּ֤לֶךְ אַחֲרֵיהֶם֙ הוֹשַׁ֣עְיָ֔ה וַחֲצִ֖י שָׂרֵ֥י יְהוּדָֽה	32		And after them went Hoshaiah and half the nobility of Judah.	3e	4C	18
וַעֲזַרְיָ֥ה עֶזְרָ֖א וּמְשֻׁלָּֽם	33		And Azariah, Ezra, and Meshullam,	3e	3g	9

וְֽאֶחָ֡יו שְֽׁמַעְיָ֡ה וַעֲזַרְאֵ֡ל מִֽלֲלַ֡י גִּֽלֲלַ֡י מָעַ֞י נְתַנְאֵ֤ל וִֽיהוּדָה֙ חֲנָ֔נִי בִּכְלֵי־שִׁ֥יר דָּוִ֖יד אִ֣ישׁ הָאֱלֹהִ֑ים וְעֶזְרָ֥א הַסּוֹפֵ֖ר לִפְנֵיהֶֽם	36		And his kin, Shemaiah, and Azarel, Milalai, Gilalai, Maai, Netaneel, and Judah, Hanani, with the instruments of the song of David the man of God, and Ezra, the secretary, before them.	3e	4C	37 9
וְעַל֩ שַׁ֨עַר הָעַ֜יִן וְנֶגְדָּ֗ם עָלוּ֙ עַֽל־מַעֲלוֹת֙ עִ֣יר דָּוִ֔יד בַּֽמַּעֲלֶ֖ה לַחוֹמָ֑ה מֵעַל֙ לְבֵ֣ית דָּוִ֔יד וְעַ֛ד שַׁ֥עַר הַמַּ֖יִם מִזְרָֽח	37		And over the gate of the spring, and in front of them, they went up by the stairs of the city of David, at the ascent of the wall, from above the house of David to the water gate from the east.	3d	4B	25 14
וְהַתּוֹדָ֧ה הַשֵּׁנִ֛ית הַהוֹלֶ֥כֶת לְמ֖וֹאל וַאֲנִ֣י אַחֲרֶ֑יהָ וַחֲצִ֨י הָעָ֜ם מֵעַ֣ל לְהַחוֹמָ֗ה מֵעַל֙ לְמִגְדַּ֣ל הַתַּנּוּרִ֔ים וְעַ֖ד הַחוֹמָ֥ה הָרְחָבָֽה	38		And the second thanksgiving went over against, and I following it, and half the people on the wall over against the tower of the ovens, to the broad wall,	3c	4B	20 28
וּמֵעַ֣ל לְשַֽׁעַר־אֶ֠פְרַיִם וְעַל־שַׁ֨עַר הַיְשָׁנָ֜ה וְעַל־שַׁ֣עַר הַדָּגִ֗ים וּמִגְדַּ֤ל חֲנַנְאֵל֙ וּמִגְדַּ֣ל הַמֵּאָ֔ה וְעַ֖ד שַׁ֣עַר הַצֹּ֑אן וְעָ֣מְד֔וּ בְּשַׁ֖עַר הַמַּטָּרָֽה	39		And from over the gate of Ephraim, and over the gate of the old store, and over the gate of the fish, and from the tower of Hananeel, and from the tower of Hundred, to the sheep gate, and they stood at the gate of the cell.	3e	4C	40 10
וַֽתַּעֲמֹ֛דְנָה שְׁתֵּ֥י הַתּוֹדֹ֖ת בְּבֵ֣ית הָאֱלֹהִ֑ים וַאֲנִ֕י וַחֲצִ֥י הַסְּגָנִ֖ים עִמִּֽי	40		And both the thanksgivings stood in the house of God, and I, and half the prefects with me.	3d	4B	16 11
וְהַכֹּהֲנִ֡ים אֶלְיָקִ֡ים מַעֲשֵׂיָ֡ה מִ֠נְיָמִין מִיכָיָ֧ה אֶלְיוֹעֵינַ֛י זְכַרְיָ֥ה חֲנַנְיָ֖ה בַּחֲצֹצְרֽוֹת	41		And the priests, Elyaqim, Maaseyah, Minyamin, Mikayah, Elyoeinai, Zechariah, Hananiah, with the trumpets,	3c	3g	32
וּמַעֲשֵׂיָ֨ה וּֽשְׁמַֽעְיָ֜ה וְאֶלְעָזָ֧ר וְעֻזִּ֛י וִֽיהוֹחָנָ֥ן וּמַלְכִּיָּ֖ה וְעֵילָ֣ם וָעָ֑זֶר וַיַּשְׁמִ֙יעוּ֙ הַמְשֹׁ֣רְרִ֔ים וְיִֽזְרַחְיָ֖ה הַפָּקִֽיד	42		And Maaseyah, and Shemaiah, and Eleazar, and Uzzi, and Yehoxanan, and Malkiah, and Eilam, and Ezer, and the singers broadcast, and Yizraxiah, the officer.	3c	4B	29 14
וַיִּזְבְּח֣וּ בַיּוֹם־הַ֠הוּא זְבָחִ֨ים גְּדוֹלִ֜ים וַיִּשְׂמָ֗חוּ כִּ֤י הָאֱלֹהִים֙ שִׂמְּחָם֙ שִׂמְחָ֣ה גְדוֹלָ֔ה וְגַ֧ם הַנָּשִׁ֛ים וְהַיְלָדִ֖ים שָׂמֵ֑חוּ וַתִּשָּׁמַ֛ע שִׂמְחַ֥ת יְרוּשָׁלִַ֖ם מֵרָחֽוֹק	43		And they offered in that day great sacrificing, and they were glad, for God had made them glad with great gladness, and even the women and the juveniles were glad, and the gladness of Jerusalem was heard from afar.	3c	4C	42 13
וַיִּפָּקְד֣וּ בַיּוֹם֩ הַה֨וּא אֲנָשִׁ֜ים עַל־הַנְּשָׁכ֗וֹת לָא֨וֹצָר֥וֹת לַתְּרוּמוֹת֮ לָרֵאשִׁ֣ית וְלַמַּֽעַשְׂרוֹת֒ לִכְנ֨וֹס בָּהֶ֜ם לִשְׂדֵ֤י הֶעָרִים֙ מְנָא֣וֹת הַתּוֹרָ֔ה לַכֹּהֲנִ֖ים וְלַלְוִיִּ֑ם כִּ֚י שִׂמְחַ֣ת יְהוּדָ֔ה עַל־הַכֹּהֲנִ֥ים וְעַל־הַלְוִיִּ֖ם הָעֹמְדִֽים	44		And they entrusted persons in that day, over the interests of the treasuries for the contributions, for the first-fruits, and for the tithes, to garner into them for the fields, the cities, the portions, of the instruction for the priests and for the Levites. For Judah was glad over the priests and over the Levites who were installed.	3e	4C	53 19
וַֽיִּשְׁמְר֞וּ מִשְׁמֶ֤רֶת אֱלֹֽהֵיהֶם֙ וּמִשְׁמֶ֣רֶת הַֽטָּהֳרָ֔ה וְהַמְשֹׁרְרִ֖ים וְהַשֹּׁעֲרִ֑ים כְּמִצְוַ֥ת דָּוִ֖יד שְׁלֹמֹ֥ה בְנֽוֹ	45		And both the singers and the gatekeepers watched the watch of their God and the watch of cleansing, according to the commandment of David, Solomon his son.	3e	4C	28 10
כִּֽי־בִימֵ֥י דָוִ֛יד וְאָסָ֖ף מִקֶּ֑דֶם רָאשֵׁי֙ הַמְשֹׁ֣רְרִ֔ים וְשִׁיר־תְּהִלָּ֥ה וְהֹד֖וֹת לֵֽאלֹהִֽים	46		For in the days of David and Asaph of old, there were the heads of the singers, and the songs of praise and thanksgiving to God.	3d	4B	10 16
