Hosea 3

A nice short passage - just to say I can still do it after revising some of my software to deal with a slightly more official table of acceptable synonyms and acrostic or other exceptions to my concordance rules.

Then off to a holiday for a week. May not even open the computer. But I can reach the data at home from anywhere in the world.

Hosea 3
1 And Yahweh said to me, Still go, love a wife loved by her friend, and an adulterer,
like the love of Yahweh toward the children of Israel, and they who face to other gods, and who love raisin cakes of grapes.
21
33
2 So I bargained for me with fifteen silver pieces,
and a homer of barley, and a bit more of barley.
13
12
3 And I said to her, Many days you will settle and be mine. You will not be a harlot and you will not be another's.
And also I am yours.
22
7
4 For days many the children of Israel will settle without king and without chief and without offering and without monitor,
and without an ephod and healing images.
27
7
5 Afterwards the children of Israel will return and they will seek Yahweh their God and David their king,
and they will be in dread of Yahweh and of his goodness in the aftermath of the days.
