COVID-19 a third snapshot

Italy is leading this group with 9% of the cases resulting in death and nearly .1% of its population stricken with the disease.  (Population % is overstated - I'm not very good with all those zeros! - e.g. Italy is roughly 60,000,000 pop. Say the caseload is roughly 60,000. This gives 1000 per million. Make that a % or per hundred, and it should still work out .1% * 60 M = 60 * 10**6*10**-3=60K)

The US was 8th on the 17th, 6th on the 18th and 4th today.
