April 16-17, 2017.
Two excursions on two hot days in a row might have been too much, so I visited the market at the docks in Corinto myself just briefly.
The next day we went to Puerto Quetzal, Guatemala and took an excursion to a coffee plantation and old Antigua. A volcano erupted for us, just to accompany our trip. It was quite a show. The coffee plantation and Antigua were both well worth the two hour drive. On this trip, we were provided with water, a nice touch from the tour company. (This is in contrast to being sold water on board in preparation for the excursion.) We also got a gift of worry dolls - to which I could pay more attention (just kidding). Lots of pictures here.
