Does Jonah chapter 1 have a recurrence structure?

This chapter is not poetry - but it shows the same careful repetition that is evident also in Ruth and Job.  I suspect it is a style thing that reaches across - well every piece of Hebrew or NT Greek I have looked at so far. My walking into Jonah is stimulated by this post from Brian Leport and its good questions. I have added several blank lines to chapter 1 to show the prosodic structure implied by this recurrence pattern. The framing keywords are a mnemonic device.

This is revised to show more of the recurrence structure. Note how almost the entire verse 11 is answered word by word in the following verses.
