It is a great mystery that Yahweh reigns - what is the character of such a reign?
Is it theocracy? No. The reign establishes 'the world'.

יְהוָ֣ה מָלָךְ֮ גֵּא֪וּת לָ֫בֵ֥שׁ לָבֵ֣שׁ יְ֭הוָה עֹ֣ז הִתְאַזָּ֑ר אַף־תִּכּ֥וֹן תֵּ֝בֵ֗ל בַּל־תִּמּֽוֹט		1 Yahweh reigns, pride clothed. Clothed is Yahweh, strength self-girded. Indeed the world is established so it will not move.

Here is an example of music in a poetic section of Torah. The modes and music of the 21 books differ slightly from those of the 3 poetry books.

Note the contrast between the explicit reign of Yahweh in the Psalms, and the lower profile of the reign noted in Torah as suggested by the article here. I am satisfied with the poetic notes in Torah such that I think the title of the article is overly strong. The Psalter has been called David's Torah. Certainly it encompasses the whole story and along with books like the Song, it is a key to reading Torah also.

לֹֽא־הִבִּ֥יט אָ֙וֶן֙ בְּיַעֲקֹ֔ב וְלֹא־רָאָ֥ה עָמָ֖ל בְּיִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל יְהוָ֤ה אֱלֹהָיו֙ עִמּ֔וֹ וּתְרוּעַ֥ת מֶ֖לֶךְ בּֽוֹ		21 He has not taken note of mischief in Jacob, and he has not seen misery in Israel. Yahweh his God is with him, and the jubilation of a king is in him.
