What surprised me and almost left me doubting my data is that there are actually 24 verses where the music does NOT end with a return to the tonic signaled by silluq. One of these I knew about already, it ends on the subdominant (the last accent in the text is the atnach). That verse is clearly anomalous. But what about the others.
