Sometimes between the Leningrad codex and the crown, a mercha is rewritten as a silluq. Verse 7 below had such an example.
It made little difference to the music since there was only one syllable on
the lower note. At a later date I hope to find a way to present this psalm in comparison with its double in 2 Samuel. By then we should understand both sets of te'amim more fully. (Talk about paying attention to jots and tittles -- I hope I don't neglect the important instructions!)
