This one has this shape: e B g B ^A f# ger-rev,f# e - ger-rev is an abbreviation for the common sequence in the poetry books in the last part of a verse, revia proceeding from geresh (revia mugrash).
A plea for the one who is merciful
הוֹשִׁ֣יעָה יְ֭הוָה כִּי־גָמַ֣ר חָסִ֑יד
כִּי־פַ֥סּוּ אֱ֝מוּנִ֗ים מִבְּנֵ֥י אָדָֽם
2 Save Yahweh, for obliterated is the merciful one,
