There are confusing sequences in this chapter, some corrected by other translations like JB. It's possible to conjecture adjustments from the conflicts implied.

תַּ֛חַת אֲשֶֽׁר־לֹא־שָׁמְע֥וּ אֶל־דְּבָרַ֖י נְאֻם־יְהוָ֑ה אֲשֶׁר֩ שָׁלַ֨חְתִּי אֲלֵיהֶ֜ם אֶת־עֲבָדַ֤י הַנְּבִאִים֙ הַשְׁכֵּ֣ם וְשָׁלֹ֔חַ וְלֹ֥א שְׁמַעְתֶּ֖ם נְאֻם־יְהוָֽה	19	d	In that they did not hear my words, an oracle of Yahweh, which I sent to them through my servants the prophets, rising early and sending, and you have not heard, an oracle of Yahweh.	3d	4C	15 30
וְאַתֶּ֖ם שִׁמְע֣וּ דְבַר־יְהוָ֑ה כָּל־הַ֨גּוֹלָ֔ה אֲשֶׁר־שִׁלַּ֥חְתִּי מִירוּשָׁלִַ֖ם בָּבֶֽלָה	20		So you, hear the word of Yahweh, all you exiled, which I sent from Jerusalem to Babel.	3e	4B	9 16

וְלֻקַּ֤ח מֵהֶם֙ קְלָלָ֔ה לְכֹל֙ גָּל֣וּת יְהוּדָ֔ה אֲשֶׁ֥ר בְּבָבֶ֖ל לֵאמֹ֑ר יְשִֽׂמְךָ֤ יְהוָה֙ כְּצִדְקִיָּ֣הוּ וּכְאֶחָ֔ב אֲשֶׁר־קָלָ֥ם מֶֽלֶךְ־בָּבֶ֖ל בָּאֵֽשׁ	22		And from them will be taken a denial, for all the exiles of Judah that are in Babel, saying, Yahweh render you like Zedekiah and like Ahab whom the king of Babel disgraced in the fire.	3e	4C	22 23
יַ֡עַן אֲשֶׁר֩ עָשׂ֨וּ נְבָלָ֜ה בְּיִשְׂרָאֵ֗ל וַיְנַֽאֲפוּ֙ אֶת־נְשֵׁ֣י רֵֽעֵיהֶ֔ם וַיְדַבְּר֨וּ דָבָ֤ר בִּשְׁמִי֙ שֶׁ֔קֶר אֲשֶׁ֖ר ל֣וֹא צִוִּיתִ֑ם וְאָנֹכִ֛י הַיּוֹדֵ֥עַ וָעֵ֖ד נְאֻם־יְהוָֽה	23	~	In that they have done senselessness in Israel, and committed adultery with the wives of their associates, and they have spoken a false word in my name, that I did not command them, and myself, I know and witness, an oracle of Yahweh.	3d	4C	38 14

יְהוָ֞ה נְתָנְךָ֣ כֹהֵ֗ן תַּ֚חַת יְהוֹיָדָ֣ע הַכֹּהֵ֔ן לִֽהְי֤וֹת פְּקִדִים֙ בֵּ֣ית יְהוָ֔ה לְכָל־אִ֥ישׁ מְשֻׁגָּ֖ע וּמִתְנַבֵּ֑א וְנָתַתָּ֥ה אֹת֛וֹ אֶל־הַמַּהְפֶּ֖כֶת וְאֶל־הַצִּינֹֽק	26		Yahweh has made you a priest instead of Jehoiada, the priest, to become officers of the house of Yahweh, to every crazy person that makes himself prophet, so you can consign him to the pillory and to the pranger,	3d	4C	34 16
וְעַתָּ֗ה לָ֚מָּה לֹ֣א גָעַ֔רְתָּ בְּיִרְמְיָ֖הוּ הָֽעֲנְּתֹתִ֑י הַמִּתְנַבֵּ֖א לָכֶֽם	27		And now, why have you not rebuked Jeremiah of Anathoth, who makes himself prophet to you?	3e	4C	18 6

The gloss נתן is sometimes difficult to render. The great preponderance (80% but this is a percentage that I can't directly measure yet) are forms of give. but on occasion, like here, I need something less direct. I have also used make, and consign in cases below. See verses 6, 11, 17, 18, 21, 26 (2x).

Fred Putnam has already listed all the forms of this word that are in use. (See his text on page 291) You can see it is basically 1 column qal with a few exceptional forms in qal passive and niphal (also passive). At present I have 149 distinct word forms including pronouns with נתן. And this count is without complete validation. When I count, it's like counting all the red pieces of a puzzle before you can see some of them. Full analysis will have to wait. But I hope it will be possible and useful. I need some tweaks to my data design. Perhaps if I create an English equivalence table. The problem is that my programs have insufficient information to recognize things like gave, give, gives, giving, etc as 'the same'. I really must get around to doing this.
