2 I will exalt you Yahweh for you have pulled me up, and you did not let my enemies be glad over me. (1-4-1)
ב ארוממך֣ י֭הוה כ֣י דלית֑ני ולא־שמ֖חת איב֣י לֽי	11 7		b arommç ihvh ci dilitni vla-wimkt aoibii li
3 Yahweh my God, I cried to you and you have healed me. (1-4-1)
ג יהו֥ה אלה֑י שו֥עתי א֝ל֗יך ותרפאֽני	5 11		g ihvh alohii wivvyti aliç vtrpani
4 Yahweh you brought me up from the grave. You kept me alive from the descent to the pit. (1-4-1)
ד יֽהו֗ה הֽעל֣ית מן־שא֣ול נפש֑י ח֝יית֗ני מיֽרדי־בֽור	11 8		d ihvh hylit mn-waol npwi kiitni mivrdi-bor
5 Sing a psalm to Yahweh those who are under his mercy, and give thanks for the remembrance of his holiness. (1-4-1)
ה זמר֣ו ליהו֣ה חסיד֑יו ו֝הוד֗ו לז֣כר קדשֽו	7 8		h zmru lihvh ksidiv vhodu lzcr qodwo
6 ♪C For a moment is in his anger, lives are in his acceptance. In the evening weeping stops over, but of the morning, a shout of joy. (C-1-2-1)

7 ♪g And I, I said in my ease, I will not be moved forever. (g-1-4-1)

8 Yahweh in your acceptance, you made my hill stand strong. You hide your face. I become vexed. (1-2-1)
ח יֽהו֗ה ברצונך֮ העמ֪דתה לֽהרר֫י־ע֥ז הסת֥רת פנ֗יך הי֥יתי נבהֽל	13 11		k ihvh brxonç hymdt lhrri-yoz hstrt pniç hiiti nbhl
9 To you Yahweh I will call, and to my Lord I continue supplication. (1-4-1)
ט אל֣יך יהו֣ה אקר֑א ואל־א֝דנ֗י אתחנֽן	7 8		T aliç ihvh aqra val-adonii atknn
10 What gain is in my blood when I descend to destruction? Will the dust thank you? Will it announce your truth? (1-2-4-1)
י מה־ב֥צע בדמי֮ ברדת֪י א֫ל־ש֥חת היודך֥ עפ֑ר היג֥יד אמתֽך	12 5 7		i mh-bxy bdmi brdti al-wkt hiodç ypr higid amitç
11 Hear Yahweh and be gracious. Yahweh be a help to me. (1-4-1)
יא שמע־יהו֥ה וחנ֑ני י֝הוה ה‍ֽיה־עז֥ר לֽי	8 6		ia wmy-ihvh vkonni ihvh hih-yozr li
12 You have changed my wailing into my dance. You have loosed my sackcloth, and girded me with gladness, (1-4-1)
יב הפ֣כת מספדי֮ למח֪ול ל֥י פת֥חת שק֑י וֽתאזר֥ני שמחֽה	15 6		ib hpct mspdi lmkol li pitkt wqi vtazrni wmkh
13 so that I might sing a psalm to you, glory and not be mute. Yahweh my God, forever I will give you thanks. (1-4-1)
