Here as in other places, the revia supports a tricolon reading with a feminine ending to the first colon,
(revia is, however, ambiguous as to its pausal or cadential effect).

עָלֶ֤יךָ ׀ נִסְמַ֬כְתִּי מִבֶּ֗טֶן מִמְּעֵ֣י אִ֭מִּי אַתָּ֣ה גוֹזִ֑י בְּךָ֖ תְהִלָּתִ֣י תָמִֽיד		6 By you I have been supported from the belly. From the inner parts of my mother you yourself severed me. In you is my praise continually.
