א למנצ֗ח מזמ֥ור לדוֽד 9

2 Yahweh in your strength a king is glad,
and in your salvation how much he will rejoice. (1-4-1)
ב יֽהו֗ה בעזך֥ ישמח־מ֑לך
ו֝ביש֥ועתך֗ מה־י֥גל מאֽד

3 His heart's desire you have given to him,
and the proposal of his lips you have not withheld. Selah. (1-4-1)
ג תאו֣ת ל֭בו נת֣תה ל֑ו
ואר֥שת ש֝פת֗יו בל־מנ֥עת סֽלה

4 For you go before him with blessings of good.
You set on his head a crown of pure gold. (1-4-1)

5 Life he asked of you. You have given to him,
length of days, now and for ever. (1-4-1)

6 Great is his glory in your salvation.
Splendour and honour you confer upon him. (1-4-1)
ו גד֣ול כ֭בודו בישועת֑ך

7 For you will set on him blessings for ever.
You have cheered him with the gladness of your presence. (1-4-1)
ז כֽי־תשית֣הו ברכ֣ות לע֑ד
תחד֥הו ב֝שמח֗ה את־פנֽיך

8 For the king trusts in Yahweh,
and in the kindness of the Most High, so he will not be moved. (1-4-1)
ח כֽי־ה֭מלך בט֣ח ביהו֑ה
ובח֥סד ע֝לי֗ון בל־ימֽוט

9 Your hand will find out all your enemies.
Your right hand will find those hating you. (1-4-1)
ט תמצ֣א י֭דך לכל־איב֑יך
י֝מֽינך֗ תמצ֥א שנאֽיך

10 You will set them as a fiery oven of the time of your presence.
Yahweh in his anger will swallow them,
and fire will devour them. (1-2-4-1)

וֽתאכל֥ם אֽש

13 ♪g For you will set them on their backsides.
With your bow-strings you will be prepared for their presence. (g-1-4-1)

14 ♪B Be exalted Yahweh in your strength.
