Notes:
verse 2 - constructing the second half from the parallel with the first. No specific subject of the verb in an infinitive form. The first half has a complex subject and predicate so word order cannot follow the music.
verse 5 - eat without waiting for the full 3 years of prohibition. I have not seen חלל used like this but given its two different glosses, commence/start or profane, the sense is reasonable though thoroughly condensed into the stem.
verse 6 - Ephraim going up to mount Zion sounds like a return of the northern tribes to Jerusalem worship.
verses 10 and 24 - about the term troop. Occasionally words give the wrong impression. A troop today is always about the military. But there is an archaic usage as a flock of sheep. Sorry about that. When I write troop, I always mean the archaic synonym עדר = צאן.
verse 19 - JB and NIV have I beat my breast.
verse 21 Here the northern tribes are called to return - from where to where? The word glossed as cairns is a hapax. Guessed from the parallel.
verse 22 needs an essay - it's not a boy girl axis. The pair of words is not male-female, but female against גבר and that word may be 'a man' but not in this reading, and certainly not exclusively. Ponder.

וּבָאוּ֮ וְרִנְּנ֣וּ בִמְרוֹם־צִיּוֹן֒ וְנָהֲר֞וּ אֶל־ט֣וּב יְהוָ֗ה עַל־דָּגָן֙ וְעַל־תִּירֹ֣שׁ וְעַל־יִצְהָ֔ר וְעַל־בְּנֵי־צֹ֖אן וּבָקָ֑ר וְהָיְתָ֤ה נַפְשָׁם֙ כְּגַ֣ן רָוֶ֔ה וְלֹא־יוֹסִ֥יפוּ לְדַאֲבָ֖ה עֽוֹד	12		And they will come and shout for joy on the high ground of Zion, and will flow together to the goodness of Yahweh over grain, and over new wine, and over clarified oil, and over the little ones of flock and herd, and their being will be as a garden saturated, and they will not add to drooping any more.	3e	4C	37 18
אָ֣ז תִּשְׂמַ֤ח בְּתוּלָה֙ בְּמָח֔וֹל וּבַחֻרִ֥ים וּזְקֵנִ֖ים יַחְדָּ֑ו וְהָפַכְתִּ֨י אֶבְלָ֤ם לְשָׂשׂוֹן֙ וְנִ֣חַמְתִּ֔ים וְשִׂמַּחְתִּ֖ים מִיגוֹנָֽם	13	B	Then will a virgin be glad in the dance, both young men and old together, and I will change their lament to joy, and will comfort them, and make them glad from their sadness.	3e	4C	18 20

שָׁמ֣וֹעַ שָׁמַ֗עְתִּי אֶפְרַ֙יִם֙ מִתְנוֹדֵ֔ד יִסַּרְתַּ֙נִי֙ וָֽאִוָּסֵ֔ר כְּעֵ֖גֶל לֹ֣א לֻמָּ֑ד הֲשִׁיבֵ֣נִי וְאָשׁ֔וּבָה כִּ֥י אַתָּ֖ה יְהוָ֥ה אֱלֹהָֽי	18		I have heard Ephraim asking for sympathy. כִּֽי־אַחֲרֵ֤י שׁוּבִי֙ נִחַ֔מְתִּי וְאַֽחֲרֵי֙ הִוָּ֣דְעִ֔י סָפַ֖קְתִּי עַל־יָרֵ֑ךְ בֹּ֚שְׁתִּי וְגַם־נִכְלַ֔מְתִּי כִּ֥י נָשָׂ֖אתִי חֶרְפַּ֥ת נְעוּרָֽי	19		For after I was returned, I was comforted, and after I was given knowledge, I cuffed on a thigh. כֹּֽה־אָמַ֞ר יְהוָ֤ה צְבָאוֹת֙ אֱלֹהֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל ע֣וֹד יֹאמְר֞וּ אֶת־הַדָּבָ֣ר הַזֶּ֗ה בְּאֶ֤רֶץ יְהוּדָה֙ וּבְעָרָ֔יו בְּשׁוּבִ֖י אֶת־שְׁבוּתָ֑ם יְבָרֶכְךָ֧ יְהוָ֛ה נְוֵה־צֶ֖דֶק הַ֥ר הַקֹּֽדֶשׁ	23		Thus says Yahweh of hosts, the God of Israel, Continue, they will say, this thing in the land of Judah and in its cities when I turn their captivity. וְיָ֥שְׁבוּ בָ֛הּ יְהוּדָ֥ה וְכָל־עָרָ֖יו יַחְדָּ֑ו אִכָּרִ֕ים וְנָסְע֖וּ בַּעֵֽדֶר	24		And they will inhabit in her, Judah and all its cities together, farmers and they who pull out with troops.	3d	4A	13 9

וְהָיָ֞ה כַּאֲשֶׁ֧ר שָׁקַ֣דְתִּי עֲלֵיהֶ֗ם לִנְת֧וֹשׁ וְלִנְת֛וֹץ וְלַהֲרֹ֖ס וּלְהַאֲבִ֣יד וּלְהָרֵ֑עַ כֵּ֣ן אֶשְׁקֹ֧ד עֲלֵיהֶ֛ם לִבְנ֥וֹת וְלִנְט֖וֹעַ נְאֻם־יְהוָֽה	28		And it will happen that as I was vigilant over them to deport, and to break off, and to overthrow, and to eliminate, and to injure, so I will be vigilant over them to build and to plant, an oracle of Yahweh.	3c	4B	29 16
בַּיָּמִ֣ים הָהֵ֔ם לֹא־יֹאמְר֣וּ ע֔וֹד אָב֖וֹת אָ֣כְלוּ בֹ֑סֶר וְשִׁנֵּ֥י בָנִ֖ים תִּקְהֶֽינָה	29		In days those they will not say any more, Parents ate sour grape, and the teeth of children are dull.	3e	4B	15 8
כִּ֛י אִם־אִ֥ישׁ בַּעֲוֺנ֖וֹ יָמ֑וּת כָּל־הָֽאָדָ֛ם הָאֹכֵ֥ל הַבֹּ֖סֶר תִּקְהֶ֥ינָה שִׁנָּֽיו	30	d	Rather, each in its iniquity will die. Every human eating sour grape his teeth will be dull.	3d	4A	9 15
הִנֵּ֛ה יָמִ֥ים בָּאִ֖ים נְאֻם־יְהוָ֑ה וְכָרַתִּ֗י אֶת־בֵּ֧ית יִשְׂרָאֵ֛ל וְאֶת־בֵּ֥ית יְהוּדָ֖ה בְּרִ֥ית חֲדָשָֽׁה	31		Behold, days are coming, an oracle of Yahweh, when I will cut with the house of Israel and the house of Judah a new covenant.	3c	4A	10 20

אִם־יָמֻ֜שׁוּ הַחֻקִּ֥ים הָאֵ֛לֶּה מִלְּפָנַ֖י נְאֻם־יְהוָ֑ה גַּם֩ זֶ֨רַע יִשְׂרָאֵ֜ל יִשְׁבְּת֗וּ מִֽהְי֥וֹת גּ֛וֹי לְפָנַ֖י כָּל־הַיָּמִֽים	36		If these statutes deviate from my presence, an oracle of Yahweh, even the seed of Israel will cease from being a nation in my presence every day.	3d	4A	17 20

וְיָצָ֨א ע֜וֹד קָ֤ו הַמִּדָּה֙ נֶגְדּ֔וֹ עַ֖ל גִּבְעַ֣ת גָּרֵ֑ב וְנָסַ֖ב גֹּעָֽתָה	39		And a line measuring will go forth yet again before it over the scabbed hillocks, and will circle toward Goah.	3e	4C	15 6
וְכָל־הָעֵ֣מֶק הַפְּגָרִ֣ים ׀ וְהַדֶּ֡שֶׁן וְכָֽל־הַשְּׁדֵמוֹת֩ עַד־נַ֨חַל קִדְר֜וֹן עַד־פִּנַּ֨ת שַׁ֤עַר הַסּוּסִים֙ מִזְרָ֔חָה קֹ֖דֶשׁ לַֽיהוָ֑ה לֹֽא־יִנָּתֵ֧שׁ וְֽלֹא־יֵהָרֵ֛ס ע֖וֹד לְעוֹלָֽם	40		And all the valley of the carcasses and the fat, and all the fields to the wadi of the Kidron, to the corner of the gate of the horses toward the sunrise will be holy to Yahweh. It will not be deported and will not be overthrown any more forever.	3c	4C	37 11
