וְאֵ֥ת כָּל־הָעֵדָ֖ה הַקְהֵ֑ל אֶל־פֶּ֖תַח אֹ֥הֶל מוֹעֵֽד	3		And convene all the assembly, at the door of the tent of engagement.	3e	4A	8 7
וַיַּ֣עַשׂ מֹשֶׁ֔ה כַּֽאֲשֶׁ֛ר צִוָּ֥ה יְהוָ֖ה אֹת֑וֹ וַתִּקָּהֵל֙ הָֽעֵדָ֔ה אֶל־פֶּ֖תַח אֹ֥הֶל מוֹעֵֽד	4		And Moses did as Yahweh commanded him. The assembly was convened at the door of the tent of engagement.	3d	4B	14 14
וַיֹּ֥אמֶר מֹשֶׁ֖ה אֶל־הָעֵדָ֑ה זֶ֣ה הַדָּבָ֔ר אֲשֶׁר־צִוָּ֥ה יְהוָ֖ה לַעֲשֽׂוֹת	5		And Moses said to the assembly, This is the thing which Yahweh commanded to do.	3e	4B	9 13
וַיַּקְרֵ֣ב מֹשֶׁ֔ה אֶֽת־אַהֲרֹ֖ן וְאֶת־בָּנָ֑יו וַיִּרְחַ֥ץ אֹתָ֖ם בַּמָּֽיִם	6		And Moses had Aaron and his children approach, and he washed them in water.	3e	4B	13 8
וַיִּתֵּ֨ן עָלָ֜יו אֶת־הַכֻּתֹּ֗נֶת וַיַּחְגֹּ֤ר אֹתוֹ֙ בָּֽאַבְנֵ֔ט וַיַּלְבֵּ֤שׁ אֹתוֹ֙ אֶֽת־הַמְּעִ֔יל וַיִּתֵּ֥ן עָלָ֖יו אֶת־הָאֵפֹ֑ד וַיַּחְגֹּ֣ר אֹת֗וֹ בְּחֵ֙שֶׁב֙ הָֽאֵפֹ֔ד וַיֶּאְפֹּ֥ד ל֖וֹ בּֽוֹ	7		And he assigned to him the coat, and he attired him with the waistband, and he clothed him with the mantle, and he assigned to him the ephod, and he attired him with the devices of the ephod, and he bound his ephod about him.	3e	4C	35 16
וַיָּ֥שֶׂם עָלָ֖יו אֶת־הַחֹ֑שֶׁן וַיִּתֵּן֙ אֶל־הַחֹ֔שֶׁן אֶת־הָאוּרִ֖ים וְאֶת־הַתֻּמִּֽים	8		And he put on him the breastplate, and he positioned on the breastplate the lights and the completions.	3e	4A	9 16
וַיָּ֥שֶׂם אֶת־הַמִּצְנֶ֖פֶת עַל־רֹאשׁ֑וֹ וַיָּ֨שֶׂם עַֽל־הַמִּצְנֶ֜פֶת אֶל־מ֣וּל פָּנָ֗יו אֵ֣ת צִ֤יץ הַזָּהָב֙ נֵ֣זֶר הַקֹּ֔דֶשׁ כַּאֲשֶׁ֛ר צִוָּ֥ה יְהוָ֖ה אֶת־מֹשֶֽׁה	9		And he put the turban on his head, and he set onto the turban, to be in the forefront of his face, the gold blossom of the consecration of the sanctuary, as Yahweh commanded Moses.	3d	4C	11 32
וַיִּקַּ֤ח מֹשֶׁה֙ אֶת־שֶׁ֣מֶן הַמִּשְׁחָ֔ה וַיִּמְשַׁ֥ח אֶת־הַמִּשְׁכָּ֖ן וְאֶת־כָּל־אֲשֶׁר־בּ֑וֹ וַיְקַדֵּ֖שׁ אֹתָֽם	10		And Moses took the anointing oil and he anointed the dwelling-place and all that was in it, and sanctified them.	3e	4C	24 5
וַיַּ֥ז מִמֶּ֛נּוּ עַל־הַמִּזְבֵּ֖חַ שֶׁ֣בַע פְּעָמִ֑ים וַיִּמְשַׁ֨ח אֶת־הַמִּזְבֵּ֜חַ וְאֶת־כָּל־כֵּלָ֗יו וְאֶת־הַכִּיֹּ֛ר וְאֶת־כַּנּ֖וֹ לְקַדְּשָֽׁם	11		And he spattered from it onto the altar seven times, and he anointed the altar and all its vessels and the laver and its base, to sanctify them.	3d	4B	15 25
וַיִּצֹק֙ מִשֶּׁ֣מֶן הַמִּשְׁחָ֔ה עַ֖ל רֹ֣אשׁ אַהֲרֹ֑ן וַיִּמְשַׁ֥ח אֹת֖וֹ לְקַדְּשֽׁוֹ	12		And he infused from the anointing oil over the head of Aaron, and he anointed him to sanctify him.	3e	4B	14 8
וַיַּקְרֵ֨ב מֹשֶׁ֜ה אֶת־בְּנֵ֣י אַהֲרֹ֗ן וַיַּלְבִּשֵׁ֤ם כֻּתֳּנֹת֙ וַיַּחְגֹּ֤ר אֹתָם֙ אַבְנֵ֔ט וַיַּחֲבֹ֥שׁ לָהֶ֖ם מִגְבָּע֑וֹת כַּאֲשֶׁ֛ר צִוָּ֥ה יְהוָ֖ה אֶת־מֹשֶֽׁה	13		And Moses had the children of Aaron approach and he clothed them with coats, and he attired them with waistbands and he bound them with bonnets, as Yahweh commanded Moses.	3d	4C	34 10
וַיַּגֵּ֕שׁ אֵ֖ת פַּ֣ר הַֽחַטָּ֑את וַיִּסְמֹ֨ךְ אַהֲרֹ֤ן וּבָנָיו֙ אֶת־יְדֵיהֶ֔ם עַל־רֹ֖אשׁ פַּ֥ר הַֽחַטָּֽאת	14		And he brought close the young bull of the sin offering, and Aaron and his children supported their hands on the head of the young bull for the sin offering.	3e	4C	8 19
וַיִּשְׁחָ֗ט וַיִּקַּ֨ח מֹשֶׁ֤ה אֶת־הַדָּם֙ וַ֠יִּתֵּן עַל־קַרְנ֨וֹת הַמִּזְבֵּ֤חַ סָבִיב֙ בְּאֶצְבָּע֔וֹ וַיְחַטֵּ֖א אֶת־הַמִּזְבֵּ֑חַ וְאֶת־הַדָּ֗ם יָצַק֙ אֶל־יְס֣וֹד הַמִּזְבֵּ֔חַ וַֽיְקַדְּשֵׁ֖הוּ לְכַפֵּ֥ר עָלָֽיו	15		And Moses butchered, and took the blood, and he daubed over the horns of the altar round about with his finger, and made a sin offering for the altar, and the blood he infused on the foundation of the altar, and he sanctified it, a cover-price over it.	3e	4C	35 22
וַיִּקַּ֗ח אֶֽת־כָּל־הַחֵלֶב֮ אֲשֶׁ֣ר עַל־הַקֶּרֶב֒ וְאֵת֙ יֹתֶ֣רֶת הַכָּבֵ֔ד וְאֶת־שְׁתֵּ֥י הַכְּלָיֹ֖ת וְאֶֽת־חֶלְבְּהֶ֑ן וַיַּקְטֵ֥ר מֹשֶׁ֖ה הַמִּזְבֵּֽחָה	16		And he took every choice piece that was on the entrails, and the remains of the liver, and the two kidneys and their choice pieces, and Moses made burning smoke toward the altar.	3e	4B	34 9
וְאֶת־הַפָּ֤ר וְאֶת־עֹרוֹ֙ וְאֶת־בְּשָׂר֣וֹ וְאֶת־פִּרְשׁ֔וֹ שָׂרַ֣ף בָּאֵ֔שׁ מִח֖וּץ לַֽמַּחֲנֶ֑ה כַּאֲשֶׁ֛ר צִוָּ֥ה יְהוָ֖ה אֶת־מֹשֶֽׁה	17		But the young bull and its skin, and its flesh, and its manure, he incinerated in the fire outside the camp, as Yahweh commanded Moses.	3d	4C	27 10
וַיַּקְרֵ֕ב אֵ֖ת אֵ֣יל הָעֹלָ֑ה וַֽיִּסְמְכ֞וּ אַהֲרֹ֧ן וּבָנָ֛יו אֶת־יְדֵיהֶ֖ם עַל־רֹ֥אשׁ הָאָֽיִל	18		And he had the ram of the burnt offering approach, and Aaron and his children supported their hands on the head of the ram.	3c	4B	8 19
וַיִּשְׁחָ֑ט וַיִּזְרֹ֨ק מֹשֶׁ֧ה אֶת־הַדָּ֛ם עַל־הַמִּזְבֵּ֖חַ סָבִֽיב	19		And he butchered, and Moses dashed the blood on the altar round about.	3c	4A	3 15
וְאֶת־הָאַ֔יִל נִתַּ֖ח לִנְתָחָ֑יו וַיַּקְטֵ֤ר מֹשֶׁה֙ אֶת־הָרֹ֔אשׁ וְאֶת־הַנְּתָחִ֖ים וְאֶת־הַפָּֽדֶר	20		And the ram, he cut into its pieces, and Moses burned smoke with the head and the pieces and the suet.	3e	4C	10 18
וְאֶת־הַקֶּ֥רֶב וְאֶת־הַכְּרָעַ֖יִם רָחַ֣ץ בַּמָּ֑יִם וַיַּקְטֵר֩ מֹשֶׁ֨ה אֶת־כָּל־הָאַ֜יִל הַמִּזְבֵּ֗חָה עֹלָ֨ה ה֤וּא לְרֵֽיחַ־נִיחֹ֙חַ֙ אִשֶּׁ֥ה הוּא֙ לַיהוָ֔ה כַּאֲשֶׁ֛ר צִוָּ֥ה יְהוָ֖ה אֶת־מֹשֶֽׁה	21		And the entrails and the limbs he washed in water. And Moses made all the ram burn with smoke toward the altar. A burnt offering it is, for a restful fragrance. An offering by fire it is to Yahweh, as Yahweh commanded Moses.	3d	4C	15 37
וַיַּקְרֵב֙ אֶת־הָאַ֣יִל הַשֵּׁנִ֔י אֵ֖יל הַמִּלֻּאִ֑ים וַֽיִּסְמְכ֞וּ אַהֲרֹ֧ן וּבָנָ֛יו אֶת־יְדֵיהֶ֖ם עַל־רֹ֥אשׁ הָאָֽיִל	22		And he had the second ram approach, the ram of the fulfillment, and Aaron and his children supported their hands on the head of the ram.	3c	4B	15 19
וַיִּשְׁחָ֓ט ׀ וַיִּקַּ֤ח מֹשֶׁה֙ מִדָּמ֔וֹ וַיִּתֵּ֛ן עַל־תְּנ֥וּךְ אֹֽזֶן־אַהֲרֹ֖ן הַיְמָנִ֑ית וְעַל־בֹּ֤הֶן יָדוֹ֙ הַיְמָנִ֔ית וְעַל־בֹּ֥הֶן רַגְל֖וֹ הַיְמָנִֽית	23		And Moses butchered, and took from its blood, and he daubed on the lobe of Aaron's right ear, and on the thumb of his right hand, and on the big toe of his right foot.	3d	4C	25 18
וַיַּקְרֵ֞ב אֶת־בְּנֵ֣י אַהֲרֹ֗ן וַיִּתֵּ֨ן מֹשֶׁ֤ה מִן־הַדָּם֙ עַל־תְּנ֤וּךְ אָזְנָם֙ הַיְמָנִ֔ית וְעַל־בֹּ֤הֶן יָדָם֙ הַיְמָנִ֔ית וְעַל־בֹּ֥הֶן רַגְלָ֖ם הַיְמָנִ֑ית וַיִּזְרֹ֨ק מֹשֶׁ֧ה אֶת־הַדָּ֛ם עַל־הַֽמִּזְבֵּ֖חַ סָבִֽיב	24		And he had the children of Aaron approach, and Moses daubed from the blood on the lobe of their right ear, and on the thumb of their right hand, and on the big toe of their right foot, and Moses dashed the blood on the altar round about.	3c	4C	43 15
וַיִּקַּ֞ח אֶת־הַחֵ֣לֶב וְאֶת־הָֽאַלְיָ֗ה וְאֶֽת־כָּל־הַחֵלֶב֮ אֲשֶׁ֣ר עַל־הַקֶּרֶב֒ וְאֵת֙ יֹתֶ֣רֶת הַכָּבֵ֔ד וְאֶת־שְׁתֵּ֥י הַכְּלָיֹ֖ת וְאֶֽת־חֶלְבְּהֶ֑ן וְאֵ֖ת שׁ֥וֹק הַיָּמִֽין	25		And he took the gross fat, and the rump, and all gross fat that was on the entrails, and the remains of the liver, and the two kidneys, and their gross fat, and the right leg.	3e	4B	44 6
וּמִסַּ֨ל הַמַּצּ֜וֹת אֲשֶׁ֣ר ׀ לִפְנֵ֣י יְהוָ֗ה לָ֠קַח חַלַּ֨ת מַצָּ֤ה אַחַת֙ וְֽחַלַּ֨ת לֶ֥חֶם שֶׁ֛מֶן אַחַ֖ת וְרָקִ֣יק אֶחָ֑ד וַיָּ֙שֶׂם֙ עַל־הַ֣חֲלָבִ֔ים וְעַ֖ל שׁ֥וֹק הַיָּמִֽין	26		And from the woven pannier of unleavened bread that is before Yahweh, he took one cake of unleavened bread, and one cake of oiled bread and one wafer, that he put on the gross fat and on the right leg.	3d	4C	34 14
וַיִּתֵּ֣ן אֶת־הַכֹּ֔ל עַ֚ל כַּפֵּ֣י אַהֲרֹ֔ן וְעַ֖ל כַּפֵּ֣י בָנָ֑יו וַיָּ֧נֶף אֹתָ֛ם תְּנוּפָ֖ה לִפְנֵ֥י יְהוָֽה	27		And he gave the whole into the palms of Aaron, and into the palms of his children, and elevated them, a wave offering in the presence of Yahweh.	3c	4C	18 12
וַיִּקַּ֨ח מֹשֶׁ֤ה אֹתָם֙ מֵעַ֣ל כַּפֵּיהֶ֔ם וַיַּקְטֵ֥ר הַמִּזְבֵּ֖חָה עַל־הָעֹלָ֑ה מִלֻּאִ֥ים הֵם֙ לְרֵ֣יחַ נִיחֹ֔חַ אִשֶּׁ֥ה ה֖וּא לַיהוָֽה	28		And Moses took them from their palms, and made burning smoke toward the altar on the burnt offering. They are the fulfillment for a restful fragrance. An offering by fire it is to Yahweh.	3e	4C	23 15
וַיִּקַּ֤ח מֹשֶׁה֙ אֶת־הֶ֣חָזֶ֔ה וַיְנִיפֵ֥הוּ תְנוּפָ֖ה לִפְנֵ֣י יְהוָ֑ה מֵאֵ֣יל הַמִּלֻּאִ֗ים לְמֹשֶׁ֤ה הָיָה֙ לְמָנָ֔ה כַּאֲשֶׁ֛ר צִוָּ֥ה יְהוָ֖ה אֶת־מֹשֶֽׁה	29		And Moses took the torso and he elevated it, a wave offering in the presence of Yahweh. From the ram of the fulfillment for Moses, it was the portion, as Yahweh commanded Moses.	3d	4C	20 24
וַיִּקַּ֨ח מֹשֶׁ֜ה מִשֶּׁ֣מֶן הַמִּשְׁחָ֗ה וּמִן־הַדָּם֮ אֲשֶׁ֣ר עַל־הַמִּזְבֵּחַ֒ וַיַּ֤ז עַֽל־אַהֲרֹן֙ עַל־בְּגָדָ֔יו וְעַל־בָּנָ֛יו וְעַל־בִּגְדֵ֥י בָנָ֖יו אִתּ֑וֹ וַיְקַדֵּ֤שׁ אֶֽת־אַהֲרֹן֙ אֶת־בְּגָדָ֔יו וְאֶת־בָּנָ֛יו וְאֶת־בִּגְדֵ֥י בָנָ֖יו אִתּֽוֹ	30		And Moses took from the anointing oil, and from the blood that was on the altar, and he spattered it over Aaron, over his garments, and over his children, and over the garments of his children, and he sanctified Aaron with his garments and his children and the garments of his children with him.	3d	4C	44 23
וַיֹּ֨אמֶר מֹשֶׁ֜ה אֶל־אַהֲרֹ֣ן וְאֶל־בָּנָ֗יו בַּשְּׁל֣וּ אֶת־הַבָּשָׂר֮ פֶּ֣תַח אֹ֣הֶל מוֹעֵד֒ וְשָׁם֙ תֹּאכְל֣וּ אֹת֔וֹ וְאֶ֨ת־הַלֶּ֔חֶם אֲשֶׁ֖ר בְּסַ֣ל הַמִּלֻּאִ֑ים כַּאֲשֶׁ֤ר צִוֵּ֙יתִי֙ לֵאמֹ֔ר אַהֲרֹ֥ן וּבָנָ֖יו יֹאכְלֻֽהוּ	31		And Moses said to Aaron and to his children, Boil the flesh at the door of the tent of engagement, and there you will eat it, and the bread that is in the woven pannier of the fulfillment offering, as I commanded, saying, Aaron and his children will eat it.	3e	4C	44 17
וְהַנּוֹתָ֥ר בַּבָּשָׂ֖ר וּבַלָּ֑חֶם בָּאֵ֖שׁ תִּשְׂרֹֽפוּ	32		And the remainder of the flesh and of the bread, in the fire you will incinerate.	3e	4A	11 5
וּמִפֶּתַח֩ אֹ֨הֶל מוֹעֵ֜ד לֹ֤א תֵֽצְאוּ֙ שִׁבְעַ֣ת יָמִ֔ים עַ֚ד י֣וֹם מְלֹ֔את יְמֵ֖י מִלֻּאֵיכֶ֑ם כִּ֚י שִׁבְעַ֣ת יָמִ֔ים יְמַלֵּ֖א אֶת־יֶדְכֶֽם	33		The opening of the tent of engagement you will not go out for seven days, until the day of fulfillment of the days of your fulfillment. For seven days he will fill your hand.	3e	4C	25 11
כַּאֲשֶׁ֥ר עָשָׂ֖ה בַּיּ֣וֹם הַזֶּ֑ה צִוָּ֧ה יְהוָ֛ה לַעֲשֹׂ֖ת לְכַפֵּ֥ר עֲלֵיכֶֽם	34		As he has done on this day, Yahweh commanded to do, to make the cover-price for you.	3c	4B	9 13
וּפֶתַח֩ אֹ֨הֶל מוֹעֵ֜ד תֵּשְׁב֨וּ יוֹמָ֤ם וָלַ֙יְלָה֙ שִׁבְעַ֣ת יָמִ֔ים וּשְׁמַרְתֶּ֛ם אֶת־מִשְׁמֶ֥רֶת יְהוָ֖ה וְלֹ֣א תָמ֑וּתוּ כִּי־כֵ֖ן צֻוֵּֽיתִי	35		And at the door of the tent of engagement you will sit day and night seven days, and you will keep the watch of Yahweh, and you will not die, for so I am commanded.	3d	4C	32 5
וַיַּ֥עַשׂ אַהֲרֹ֖ן וּבָנָ֑יו אֵ֚ת כָּל־הַדְּבָרִ֔ים אֲשֶׁר־צִוָּ֥ה יְהוָ֖ה בְּיַד־מֹשֶֽׁה	36		And Aaron and his children did, all the things that Yahweh commanded by the hand of Moses.	3e	4C	9 15

How much can you stuff into a word root? נתן again shows almost its unlimited connotations. I have steadfastly refused to use put as one of its glosses to avoid another set of thoroughly overlapping glosses and stems such as I have with words for human movement. But I did use put forth a few times, and now I have added daub, an action with blood. The pieces get tighter as more of them are fit in place. It is worth noting that many of the connotations or uses of this Hebrew root go beyond what we would say in English. But I don't feel that I should compromise totally as I have with the go/come/walk/bring group. Incidentally while I was doing this chapter, I made changes to 22 other books, sometimes multiple chapters. I refined my concordance tests and revealed a number of minor inconsistencies. Probably not to the change of meaning, but certainly to change of nuance or tone. In every case the puzzle piece fits better with the change.

There are a number of questions outstanding in every chapter - they remain until the emerge again and I review with a different viewpoint. In this, still pending in my mind is the offering by fire, and the fulfillment offering. Maybe these are additional types of offering.
